1. Standard Rental Agreement

Renting a supercar with Mallorca Supercars constitutes an explicit acceptation of our key guidelines, requirements, and compliance metrics.

2. Cancellation Policy

We apply a strict scale to protect vehicle schedules and secure dispatch:

• Free Cancellation: Fully valid up to 14 days before start of rental.
• Moderate Cancellation Charge (50%): Applied for cancellations declared between 7 and 13 days prior to planned delivery.
• Late Charge / No-Show (100%): Cancelations submitted less than 7 days prior to rental will result in a 100% loss of deposit and booking fee.

3. Security Deposits & Payment

Prior to vehicle dispatch, a security deposit block is mandatory:

• Amount: Ranging from €2,000 to €10,000 depending strictly on the vehicle category and insurance profile.
• Method: We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) OR fully verified Cash deposits on delivery.
• Release: The deposit hold is fully cancelled or refunded immediately upon safe, damage-free return of the supercar.

4. Minimum Age & Requirements

Discerning drivers must fulfill the following regulatory standards:

• Age Limit: Minimum age of 25 years old for high-tier supercars.
• Young Drivers: Drivers aged 18 to 24 may be permitted under selective models and are subject to high liability insurance surcharges.
• Required Credentials: A valid national or international driving license (non-EU licenses must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit / IDP), a valid Passport, and a matches identification document / ID.
